Easy Exchange Policy
We offer an easy exchange option for our customers. If you need a different size or want to exchange for a different product, we've got you covered!
Simply pay the delivery fee of AED 30 for the exchange, and we'll handle the rest.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Unused and unworn (with tags attached)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
- Exchange requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Pay Delivery Fee
Pay the AED 30 delivery fee for the exchange (COD available)
Exchange Pickup & Delivery
We'll collect your original item and deliver the new one (UAE only)
Price Difference
If you're exchanging for a product with a different price:
- Higher price: You'll need to pay the difference plus the delivery fee
- Lower price: We'll refund the difference to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement for you without any additional charges.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- ✗Items that show signs of use or wear
- ✗Items without original packaging or tags
- ✗Items without proof of purchase
- ✗Items damaged by the customer
