Please Note: We cannot accept orders for shipment outside the United States, PR & U.S. Territories.

Delivery Options and Policies

Standard Delivery: Most in-stock items arrive within 5-7 business days (Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, Saturday and Sunday).

We package and ship your order once credit card authorization and payment verification have been obtained.

We offer a complete payment options for your online order. These options include PayPal & PayPal Credit, debit card and the major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and DISCOVER

Please note that we are unable to accept any form of payment with a non-U.S. billing address (outside the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories).

 

Insurance

The entire package value are insured up to $50 via USPS Priority Mail®

Only applies if the package never arrives at its destination, or if it arrives broken, wet or damaged. Restrictions apply.

Outfit for less insures each purchase over $50 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

For claims, we recommend Contact us immediately, but you must file no later than 15 days from the date of shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please Contact us  within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Taxes

Taxes are included in the price.

Outfit for less  follows all applicable taxing regulations for Puerto Rico. All product prices listed on the Site are inclusive of tax.

 

Changes to your order

Order Cancellation

Once you submit your order we will work to process your order as quickly as possible.

If for some reason you want to cancel your order, you will need to Contact us  immediately to claim your money back before we have shipped your order. We will get in touch with PayPal for the return of your money. If the order has already been shipped, in this case, see our Return Policy.

If you have a PayPal account, the reimbursement is immediate and will be reflected into your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account and your payment was processed with a debit/credit card you will see your money credited into your account within 0-30 days, depending on your bank.

 

Changes in address

Be sure to select the correct address where the product will be shipped. It cannot be changed after the order has been sent. In that case you would have to cancel your order and submit it again.
